Anyone who's seen American Pie probably remembers Shannon's sultry performance in that film. She then she has since gone on to launch a successful Hollywood career and has recently turned some heads a number of poker tournaments across the country and beyond. Recently, she won Nicky Hilton's inaugural New Year's Eve Poker Tournament at Caesar's Palace where she defeated a large star-studded field to prove that she's got some poker skills to boot!
